What is my favorite color? Take a wild guess. Yes, I love blue. So leave it to me to wear as much blue as possible. I wore this blue ensemble to the beach side boardwalk in Maine on my most recent summer adventure, and I can personally assure you that this outfit is fully functioning. I biked a mile in this to get to the beach (while inconspicuously sporting some black biking shorts, naturally), and there were no wardrobe malfunctions. This outfit was definitely comfortable for watching the sun set over the ocean and deciding what salt water taffy flavor is actually the best. Salted caramel has my vote. The chambray top (from American Eagle) is a trendy and really versatile piece, and I recommend it for anyone who wants that "I didn't really try but it looks like I did" look. Plus, it was great for keeping those churro scented breezes from freezing me. Unfortunately, I still craved churros, but that is to be expected at the boardwalk.

My tank top (from Old Navy) is an everyday staple. Tank tops are super comfy and can go with almost anything. Plus I felt like I was exploring the nautical vibe, which I don't usually do. 10 points to Ravenclaw. Onto the skirt: I got this skater skirt at a thrift store, as it is a returning style from the 90's. I feel like I have said this about everything, but this is a STAPLE. You must have this in your wardrobe. You can style it with sweaters, tank tops, leather jackets, tights, socks, you name it, the black skater skirt can probably make it work. Similarly to the skirt, my shoes are also vintage (From Airwalk). Yes, my converse are fake. It was a decision between $10 and $50, plus I could say that they were "vintage" which usually makes people think they're cool, though it really just means that I'm a strategic shopper (winky face). In contrast with my shoes, you will be very pleased to hear that my laces are actually patented converse laces. I got them a while back when I was traveling and discovered that there were actually converse stores (I know, I should have at least guessed that), and, being me, I decided that white laces where just too boring and, for some reason, that I needed more blue in my life.
XO, Bella
